Bridging a Golden Gap
23cm X 16.5cm
Acrylic, wax crayon and collage on paper.
Shortly after I moved to San Francisco, I found my best friend. She and I had a wonderful time together enjoying life in our 20s and truly making the most of it. When I moved to London in 2018, I was extremely sad to be so far away from her. In 2020, she relocated to London with her husband in tow. I knew it was temporary, but it was a magical time where I got to live near my best friend again. We were in lockdown, but we managed to find ways to enjoy life again (mostly in our PJs). I don’t know how I would’ve survived COVID without the two of them. This painting is about connecting deeply, building strong friendships and enjoying the little things in life.
Frames are not included in purchase and are mocked up for illustration purposes only.
