My sister was married in June of 2023 near Buffalo, NY. It was a beautiful and extremely fun ceremony which took place in a country club surrounded by a sprawling landscape. The wedding day unfolded as an extraordinary display of love, but also the most dramatic and hectic chain of events. There was a literal fall (among other things), despite that everyone was OK and we celebrated their happy union. My partner and I went to Niagara-on-the-Lake to stay with a friend of mine for a few days after the wedding, which was a stunning display of nature. To me, this represents the joining of chaos and calm, of joy and sorrow, and of two newlyweds.
